Carmen Tran
Carmen graduated from The University of Melbourne’s Doctor of Optometry in 2016. She is therapeutically endorsed and provides comprehensive eye care.
Carmen places deep value on long term eye health and has a keen interest in managing ocular diseases. Carmen is also a CASA Credentialed Optometrist (CO). She consults in English, Chinese Cantonese and Chinese Mandarin. When not at work, Carmen loves crafts and spending time with her Cats.
Diane & John Hicks
John and Dianne opened there their store in Kingsway in Glen Waverley in 1998, after both spending more than 10 years working in the optical industry. In 2022, they relocated to the current location in Pinewood, Mount Waverley, where they continue to offer a personal, independent approach to eyecare.
As a small, independent husband and wife team, they take the time to get to know their patients and provide thoughtful, personalised care- with the experience and expertise that comes from more than 35 years in the industry.
